Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the Industrial Distribution Industry
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote the brand.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the manufacturing or fastening industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Knowledge of fastening products and applications is a plus.
