Key Responsibilities:
This is for Oklahoma Western Territory
Market Expansion:
Identify, target, and engage potential clients within designated markets
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
Assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions leveraging product expertise
Product Knowledge and Expertise:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Pioneer Industrial's product categories
Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to clients
Demonstrate expertise in pumps and mechanical seals
Apply knowledge of the Eastern Kansas and Western Nebraska industrial markets (preferred)
Sales Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and client needs
Proposal Development:
Prepare and deliver accurate, compelling proposals and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and precise client responses
Sales Performance:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Use CRM tools to track performance and manage opportunities
Industry Networking:
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services
Build relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers
