Are you a fit?

Proven passion for design, nature, and creating inspiring environments. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Proficient in CRM software and comfortable using technology to manage sales pipelines and client relationships. Strong work ethic, proactive approach, and a 'hunter' mentality to identify and close new business opportunities. Previous B2B sales experience is required.

What you'll do:

Proactively generate leads through targeted prospecting, networking, and industry events, building a robust sales pipeline. Manage and track your progress: Utilize our CRM to track interactions, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and develop tailored biophilic solutions Create compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of Natura's services. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Build strong relationships: Foster lasting connections with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations. Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously learn and adapt, keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices.
