Job Description
This is primarily a sales role. Responsibilities include the followings :
- Account management and follow-up with existing customers
- New business development (in-person visits, phone, and email outreach)
- On-site technical support
Besides your primary sales responsibilities above, you may also be required to assist with assembly work as needed.
Products We Handle
- Industrial pumps (general)
- Flagship Product #1: Trochoid pumps
- Flagship Product #2: Filter-integrated pumps for coolant units used with machine tools
- Custom units built using the above products
Ideal Candidate
- Motivated and proactive in sales activities
- Comfortable with new business development and cold outreach
- Open to using social media for sales and marketing
- Interested in manufacturing, mechanical equipment, and industrial products such as pumps
- Willing to learn product knowledge and assembly skills on the job
- Reliable and accountable when supporting customers on site
Qualifications

- Education: Associate degree or higher.
- Experience: Not required. No prior sales or mechanical-assembly experience necessary — interest and motivation are what matter most.
- Requirements:
- Physical ability to lift approximately 30 kg (about 66 lbs), as some pumps and accessories are heavy
- Valid driver's license (for customer visits / to be confirmed)
- Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of industrial or mechanical products
- B2B sales experience
- Experience with social media for business
- Japanese-language communication skills

$48,960 $60,000 / year
Compensation
Semi-monthly
