Outside Sales Support

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outside Sales Support professional to join their client's team in California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their goals and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with customer inquiries and provide necessary product information and demonstrations.
• Coordinate with the sales team to prepare sales presentations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Support the sales team in managing and closing deals by providing timely follow-up and customer communication.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing sales reports.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions promptly.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively support the sales team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales support or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, company hours are 8:00AM - 4:30PM.

Benefits

Salary range: $50k - $80k annually depending on experience.
