JOB DESCRIPTION

Outside Sales Support - Millwork

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Staffing of millwork showroom on a daily basis. 
• Able to assist customers with all millwork sales in a fast paced, demanding environment. 
• Ability to cultivate and maintain customer relationships to capture as much sales as possible.
• Provide accurate material estimates based on information provided by Outside Sales Reps when assisting with quotes.
• Has a professional demeanor and appearance and is able to work with contractors, architects and homeowners alike.
• Daily adherence to operational procedures for activities such as order processing, customer excellence, billing, deliveries, etc.
• Assists outside sales rep and keeps sales representative and customers apprised of revised information on products or merchandise such as product capability, availability, pricing, credit, warranties, and shipping.
• Anticipates and resolves problems timely and accurately.
• Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes salable features.
• Provide estimates of date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules and expedite deliveries when necessary.
• Tracks stock levels.
• Enters pertinent information into CRM based on their activities

Outside Sales Support - Millwork

Requirements:

• Fluent in various manufacturer quoting programs.
• Millwork experience a plus. Willing to train an exceptional candidate with transferable skills.
• Must be proficient in Excel and MS office.
• Bi-lingual a plus
• Weekend availability required.

For compliance purposes for RI transparency, the expected salary range is $24.00 - $30.00. Compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Outside Sales Support – Millwork- This is a great position for someone looking to grow within the Building Industry with a particular focus on windows, doors, trim, architectural hardware and wood flooring. Staffs showroom and provides service to all customers as well as supports outside salespeople in preparing estimates and tracking job progression for their customers.
