Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth by selling paper, packaging, and related products to new and existing customers
Build and maintain long-term client relationships while expanding add-on business opportunities
Forecast sales and meet/exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
Manage CRM activity, generate accurate quotes, and coordinate internal resources for client success
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding goals
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Valid driver"s license with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience in paper, packaging, or related distribution industries
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
Compensation: $50,000+ base salary plus commission
