Clean golf balls and ensure basked are filled properly. Perform opening and closing duties of operating the bag room and outside service area at the start and end of each shiftMaintain a clean and orderly bag room and outside services area at all timesAssist golf shop with any other duties as requested; assist pro shop staff during tournamentsEnsure all Members and guests have a pleasant golfing experienceQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:Dynamic outgoing personality; articulate, friendly, punctual, and proactiveHigh level of client services, professionalism, and attention to detail; professional appearance appropriate for a premier country clubProblem solving, reasoning, and "thinking out of the box"; ability to apply common sense understanding to better serve our internal and external guests' needsAbility to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and holidaysEXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: High school diploma preferredMinimum one year related experience preferredBasic knowledge of golf course operations
