Outside Services AttendantPosition SummaryThe Outside Services Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to members and guests while maintaining the daily operations of the golf facility. Duties include bag handling, golf cart preparation and cleaning, driving range maintenance, and ensuring the outside golf operations are organized and professional at all times.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesGreet members and guests in a friendly and professional mannerAssist golfers with loading and unloading golf bagsWork the bag drop area and provide valet-style servicePrepare, stage, and clean golf carts before and after playDetail golf carts to maintain appearance and cleanliness standardsPick and maintain the driving range, including collecting golf ballsWash and organize range balls for daily useKeep cart barns, practice areas, and staging areas clean and organizedMonitor and stock golf carts with necessary suppliesAssist with club storage operationsProvide directions and general club information to guestsHelp maintain overall golf operationsSupport tournament and event setup as neededFollow all club safety procedures and service standardsQualificationsStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsAbility to lift and carry golf bags weighing up to 50 poundsReliable, punctual, and team-orientedWeekend and holiday availability requiredGolf knowledge is preferred but not requiredPhysical RequirementsStanding and walking for extended periodsFrequent bending, lifting, and pushingAbility to operate golf carts and range equipment safelyWork EnvironmentThis position primarily works outdoors and requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on golf operations and seasonal needs.
