WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prospect daily (15–20 touches)
- Walk into facilities and identify operational gaps
- Sell industrial equipment + automation solutions
- Work directly with Operations Managers, Directors, Executives
- Build ROI-driven proposals
- Close long-cycle capital deal
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Drive real operational impact
- Build their own book of business within 6–12 months
- Turn first meetings into long-term accounts
- Consistently grow income based on territory performance

YOU’RE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- 3–5+ years in outside / field sales (B2B or industrial)
- Experience selling equipment, services, or complex solutions
- Confidence in cold outreach + walking into operations environments
- Ability to connect technical conversations to business value
- A valid driver’s license
- Want control over your income
- Prefer autonomy over micromanagement
