LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an experienced Outsourcing Accounting Manager to address complex accounting issues, identify strategic opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships. This direct hire role is in Tulsa, OK and the anticipated salary for this role is between $95,000 - $130,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Lead team members by setting team goals, overseeing workload management, and assisting with career development plans
- Assist with problem-solving and provide coaching on quality and efficiency
- Manage special projects
- Identify areas for process improvements
- Communicate proactively with clients to understand client goals, address concerns and offer strategic solutions to maintain strong client relationships
- Analyze financial reports
- Develop customized KPIs and metrics that align with each client's goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 7+ years of experience required
- CPA or CPA eligible preferred
- Proficiency with accounting software and technology solutions
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Thorough understanding of GAAP
- Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met
