What You'll Do as an Oven Operator:- Operate industrial ovens for plastic forming and curing processes
- Safely load and unload materials into and out of ovens
- Monitor temperature, cycle times, and process settings to ensure proper operation
- Adjust controls as needed to maintain product quality and consistency
- Inspect finished products for defects and quality standards
- Record production data and process information accurately
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues
- Follow all safety procedures and material handling guidelines
What You Need to Bring to the Oven Operator Role:- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
- High level of reliability with consistent attendance
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to monitor processes and make basic adjustments
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to lift between 50–75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Manual dexterity and ability to handle materials and small parts
