The Oven Operator is a key player in the production of high-quality jerky and meat snacks at Country Archer. This role ensures seamless execution of the cooking processes, critical for delivering our signature flavors. Responsibilities include transferring products from Raw Processing, accurately loading ovens, selecting and monitoring cooking programs, and verifying product quality at every stage. The Oven Operator also oversees the transfer of cooked products to cooling rooms.
This position requires a detail-oriented, quality-driven individual who can follow schedules, set priorities independently, and maintain accurate records to meet our stringent quality and food safety standards.
