Job Responsibilities:
Transport goods over long distances in a safe and timely manner
Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations about the transportation of goods
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, rest periods, and mileage
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers
Maintain a clean and organized truck
Qualifications:
Valid CDL license with a clean driving record
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an over-the-road truck driver
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
Excellent communication and time-management skills
