Job Summary:

The Crane / Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of overhead cranes, hoists, and industrial production equipment. This position ensures equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and applicable OSHA and manufacturer standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical troubleshooting skills and is committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Required Skills:

• HighschooldiplomaorGEDrequired.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred inamanufacturing,fabrication,steel,orproductionenvironment.
• Strongmechanicaltroubleshootingskillswithexperiencemaintainingbearings,gearboxes,motors,conveyors,powertransmissionsystems,hydraulicsystems,andpneumaticsystems.
• Basicelectricaltroubleshootingknowledge,includingindustrialcontrolsandmotorcircuits.
• Abilitytoreadandinterpretblueprints,schematics,technicalmanuals,andequipmentdrawings.
• Experienceperformingpreventiveandpredictivemaintenanceandusingprecisionmeasuringtools.
• Abilitytosafelyoperatehandtools,powertools,diagnosticinstruments,forklifts,aeriallifts,andrelatedmaintenanceequipment.
• Welding,fabrication,rigging,millwright,overheadcranemaintenance,PLCtroubleshooting,andCMMSexperiencearepreferred.
• Strongproblem-solving,organizational,andcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytoworkindependentlyandprioritizemultipletasks.
• Commitmenttosafety,qualityworkmanship,continuousimprovement,andteamwork.
• Validdriver'slicenserequired.
