JAG Field Service is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Overhead Crane Service Coordinator to support our growing service operations in Shawnee, OK. This role is responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and coordinating crane inspections, maintenance, and repair services while delivering outstanding customer support and ensuring regulatory compliance. 
Key Responsibilities 

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for crane inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service requests and updates 
• Track job progress to ensure timely and efficient completion 
• Maintain accurate service reports, inspection records, and compliance documentation 
• Coordinate parts and materials for scheduled work 
• Assist with service ticket review and billing support 
• Ensure all work aligns with OSHA and ANSI safety standards
