As our company continues to grow, we are adding team members who want to be part of a modern, hands-on manufacturing and shipping operation.


FALK Panel USA is hiring an Overhead Crane & Tarping Operator to support our shipping process. This is a new role created for our recently completed tarping station. Our panels can range from approximately 7 feet to 80 feet long and are shipped on flatbed trailers. In this role, you will operate an overhead crane that lifts and places large tarps over secured flatbed loads, helping drivers avoid climbing on top of loads and improving safety and efficiency.


Key responsibilities

  • Operate an overhead crane safely inside the tarping station
  • Assist with placing large tarps over flatbed trailer loads
  • Support safe and efficient outbound shipping operations
  • Communicate with internal and external drivers during the tarping process
  • Follow all safety procedures for crane operation, tarping, and shipping areas
  • Inspect work areas and equipment to ensure safe operation
  • Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient tarping station

Qualifications

  • Previous overhead crane, shipping, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work around large equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on industrial environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Ability to work first shift
  • Willingness to learn a new process and help shape a role

Pay and benefits

  • Full-time, W-2 position 
  • Starting pay at $20 per hour 
  • Monthly performance bonus opportunity of up to 12% of base earnings, based on company and/or individual KPI achievement 
  • 401(k) with 4% company match
  • 100% company-paid medical insurance premiums for employees, spouses, and dependents
  • Company-paid dental and vision insurance premiums for employees, spouses, and dependents 
  • Benefits begin on the 1st of the month following the hire date
  • 11 paid holidays
  • 40 hours of PTO after 90 days
  • An additional 40 hours of PTO at 6 months
  • An additional 40 hours of PTO after 2 years
  • PTO renews annually on January 1, with up to 40 hours eligible for carryover 
  • $500 gym reimbursement

  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM-12:30 AM
