The Account Manager of Janitorial Services is responsible for overseeing janitorial operations across assigned client accounts. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and efficient team management. The Account Manager acts as the primary liaison between the client and the janitorial team, ensuring all cleaning services meet contractual obligations and exceed expectations.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:00 PM, - 1:30 AM

Compensation: $63,0000.00 - $65,000.00 /annual salary (DOE)

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program

401(k) - You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in janitorial or facilities management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and reporting tools.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and site visits to ensure satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

Team Supervision:

  • Hire, train, and manage janitorial staff and supervisors.
  • Schedule and assign work to ensure coverage and efficiency.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed.

Operational Oversight:

  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and quality standards.
  • Monitor supply usage and manage inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.

Quality Assurance:

  • Perform routine inspections of facilities.
  • Maintain documentation of inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Manage payroll, timekeeping, and employee records.
