Responsibilities:
Provide support and advocacy to clients during overnight shifts
Monitor facility safety and security
Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately
Respond to client needs in a respectful and professional manner
Assist with crisis intervention and provide appropriate resources when needed
Maintain confidentiality and comply with all organizational policies
Perform light housekeeping and ensure common areas remain clean and organized
Communicate effectively with staff during shift changes
