Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Overnight Attendant to join our dedicated team. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our community during nighttime hours. The Overnight Attendant provides security, completes routine tasks, and response to resident needs with professionalism and care. CNAs or CMAs are preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver packages and supplies to residents and staff as needed.
• Conduct security patrols of the parking lot and facility grounds.
• Respond to and assist with resident needs in assisted living buildings as needed.
• Fill supply requisition requests.
• Monitor and secure all buildings during night hours.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisory staff.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA or Certified Medication Aide certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in senior living or healthcare environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and observational skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. as required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test, physical exam, TB test, and background check.
