Overnight Caregiver (PT/FT)

Job Title: Caregiver - Overnight (NOC Shift, PT/FT)Pay: $17.00-$24.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications)Shifts: 10p-6a (every other weekend required)About the roleEnglish Rose caregivers provide overnight care in small residential care homes offering assisted living and memory care in Edina and Minnetonka. With a 1:6 staff-to-resident ratio, you'll have the time and support to focus on resident safety, comfort, and meaningful care.ResponsibilitiesProvide overnight care and monitor resident well-beingAssist with evening and morning routinesLight housekeeping and preparing for the day aheadDocument care notes clearly and accuratelyTeam supportIf a caregiver is unavailable, leadership or another caregiver steps in to maintain the 1:3 ratio during the day and 1:6 ratio during the overnight shift.
