Overnight Chaperone Application

Dear FBS Overnight Chaperone!

Thank you so much for volunteering your time. It is going to be a great trip! In order to chaperone an overnight trip, there are a few items we need.

1. Please complete the Overnight Chaperon Application as quickly as possible so that we can process the paperwork. 

2. Background check - you will receive an email from Reference Services asking you to complete the background form.

3. Darkness to Light Training: Please visit  https://www.d2l.org/get-trained/

Create an account and complete the Stewards of Children online training and send the certificate to Ms. Parker, our Director of HR, at parkerb@fbschool.org. 

There will be a $16 training fee that you will be responsible for paying.

**If you have completed any of these requirements in the past two years, please send the information to your campus administrator and Ms. Parker.
