The Veterinary Teaching Hospital at Colorado State University is looking for an Overnight Clinical Coordinator for our Equine & Livestock hospital. This role will be primarily after hours and weekends. In this role you will be the first point of contact for client’s seeking CSU’s Equine and Livestock Veterinary In-house and Ambulatory Services after hours. In this role you are responsible for ensuring smooth hospital operations for equine and livestock clients, providing excellent client service, and supporting veterinary teams in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
This position provides support for the general administrative operations of a given unit. Responsibilities include reception duties, scheduling, producing reports and correspondence, assisting in project management, performing data entry tasks, and supporting budgeting/fiscal activities. May assist with organizing meetings, travel and events.
We offer differential (7.5%-20% of your hourly rate) compensation which could be an additional $4,500-9,000/per year in addition to your salary. Shift differential rates are based on the shift days/hours you work:
