Guests come for our legendary service and well‑appointed accommodations and then return for our exciting seasonal activations and ever‑evolving food and beverage offerings.About the RoleFour Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking an Overnight Cook to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The Overnight Cook is responsible for mastering all menus and food items offered throughout the hotel, supporting Room Service, the Bar, Banquets, and Ciclo. This position prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner orders from all outlets in accordance with production requirements and established quality standards. The cook works all stations on the line—including grill, sauté, and cold line—and prepares food items with consistent quality by following recipe cards, portion guidelines, and presentation standards. Responsibilities include completing mis en place, setting up stations for all meal periods, and properly managing the temperature of meat and fish. Additional duties include starting food items that require advance preparation while ensuring production does not exceed estimated needs.
