The Crisis Program Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the ESTRTP, including supervision of counselors, staffing and scheduling, and upholding high standards of work with children and families. The Crisis Program Supervisor is a strong role model for implementing Seneca's model in direct care work with children.

Education/Experience Requirements:
Master's degree in social work or a related subject area OR
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience providing direct services to clients
Strong writing, organizational, presentation and computer skills
Ability to work as part of and facilitate the development of a multi-disciplinary team
Supervisory experience preferred
At least 21 years of age
TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
Own vehicle, valid drivers license, clean driving record
