$18.00–$22.00/hour (DOE) + Overnight Shift Differential

In Your Day-to-Day, You Will

  • Welcome clients and patients with professionalism, compassion, and empathy.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for emergency and specialty clients during overnight hours.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain accurate client and patient medical records.
  • Educate clients about hospital services, protocols, and treatment processes.
  • Answer incoming calls, manage appointment requests, emergency inquiries, and client questions.
  • Process patient admissions, discharges, and follow-up appointments.
  • Prepare invoices, collect payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Update and maintain electronic client and patient files in accordance with hospital standards.
  • Perform administrative duties including scanning, emailing, filing, and document management.
  • Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture.

What You Bring

  • Previous customer service experience required; veterinary or medical reception experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced emergency environment.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and client-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and administrative software.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional client service.
