- . The Customer Service Representative reports to the Club Manager and can be full-time, part-time, non-supervisory, or non-exempt.
They are responsible for providing a positive member experience by greeting potential members, handling front desk tasks (calls, tours, check-ins), and assisting with member inquiries. Essential skills include excellent customer service, active listening, problem-solving, diplomacy, and effective communication. Minimum qualifications involve honesty, strong customer service skills, and basic computer proficiency. Physical demands include standing, walking, talking for most of the shift, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
