Evan's Towing & Recovery is looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Overnight Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls
Dispatch drivers efficiently
Communicate with customers and drivers
Enter and update job information accurately
Monitor active calls throughout the shift
Qualifications:
Strong communication and computer skills
Ability to multitask under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Dispatch experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Schedule:
Full-time overnight shift
Weekend availability required
Training will be completed on the day shift before transitioning to the overnight schedule.
