We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Associate to support hose production operations. This role involves pulling, cutting, and palletizing hoses while ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull hoses from reels and prepare materials for cutting and processing
- Measure and cut hoses to specified lengths using cutting equipment
- Inspect hoses for defects and ensure products meet quality standards
- Coil, bundle, and palletize finished hoses for shipment
- Label products accurately and prepare orders for distribution
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and 5S standards
- Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE at all times
- Assist with general production duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using measuring tools and cutting equipment
- Familiarity with palletizing and shipping processes
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices
