Summary

Schedule Requirements: Must be available to work a flexible schedule during the week of overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Role

As a Overnight Front Office Host (Full-TIme), you will be the calm, reassuring presence that guides our guests through the most tranquil hours of the night. Your warmth, poise, and polished professionalism will shape experiences that feel seamless, personal, and deeply considered.

You will welcome late‑evening arrivals with grace, support guests throughout the night with thoughtful attentiveness, and ensure that every interaction reflects the Hill Country's signature elegance. Whether assisting with arrivals and departures, coordinating with overnight teams, or responding to guest needs with quiet confidence, you will embody the essence of understated luxury.

You will also have the opportunity to elevate the guest experience through thoughtful, intuitive upselling-offering room enhancements and premium experiences that align naturally with each guest's preferences.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures

• Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests

• Provide knowledgeable and courteous service to guests and colleagues

• Perform night audit duties, including balancing reports and financial transactions

• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly

• Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness

• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations

• Follow all safety and security procedures

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, in accordance with operational needs
