We value your experience and expertise.\n \nWhat You'll Do\n \nAs an Overnight Home Care Aide, you'll work one-on-one with clients inside their homes and help provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment throughout the night.\n \nResponsibilities may include:\n\n Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning\n Personal care activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals\n Supporting clients with their overnight routines and other needs\n Running errands, grocery shopping, or accompanying clients to appointments when required by the client's schedule\n \nRequirements\n\n Must be available to work overnight shifts from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.\n Must be in good physical health, including documentation of a tuberculosis test completed within six months before the first assignment, where required\n Must complete organizational and state-required training\n \nPreferred Qualifications\n\n STNA certification\n One year of supervised employment experience as a home health aide or nurse aide\n Completion of a Training and Competency Evaluation Program lasting at least 30 hours and covering the required topics\n \nCandidates who do not meet the preferred experience or training qualifications must complete a company-paid 30-hour training program before working with clients.\n \nCaregivers must comply with state background screening requirements.
