Weekends and holidays required.Requirements: Previous customer service and janitorial experience.Pay Range: $23.00 to $23.50 per hour.Perks: Union, insurance, pension, 401(k), 50¢ raise every 6 months, parking, train discount, lunch, uniforms, weekly pay.Job SummaryKeeps buildings clean and orderly, performing heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.Dusts and damp‑mops floors following approved procedures.Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and returns furniture to its correct placement.Clears assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment. Sanitizes all surfaces.
