The Overnight Janitorial Floor Tech Supervisor oversees all overnight floor care operations at a commercial facility or shopping center.
- Supervises and leads a team of floor technicians, assigning tasks such as scrubbing, buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet extraction.
- Inspects floors, operates cleaning equipment, and provides hands-on support to ensure floors are clean, safe, and presentable before opening.
- Ensures safety protocols, trains staff, manages supplies, and reports maintenance or safety issues.
- Documents activities, enforces safety policies, and acts as the overnight contact for emergencies.
Qualifications include: 2+ years of floor care experience, supervisory skills preferred, knowledge of equipment and safety standards, and physical ability to perform labor. Bilingual skills are a plus.
Work environment: Active, physical role during overnight hours in a fast-paced environment.
