Restaurant cooking experience is not required. Most of the job involves assembling, portioning, preparing, and packaging food using simple, repeatable procedures. There is some basic cooking involved, but the position is designed to be easy to learn and we will provide training.What You'll DoAssemble and portion food according to Dos Hermanos recipes and standardsPrepare ingredients and products for the next day's businessPerform basic cooking and reheating using established proceduresPackage, label, date, and organize finished productsStock and organize kitchen and storage areasFollow food-safety, sanitation, and temperature proceduresClean equipment, work surfaces, floors, and production areasComplete an overnight production checklist before the end of each shiftHelp ensure the Easton team walks into a clean, stocked, and ready kitchen each morningWhat We're Looking ForYou do not need to be an experienced cook. We're looking for someone who is:Dependable and comfortable working overnightAble to work independently with limited supervisionGood at following recipes, checklists, and simple instructionsOrganized and consistentComfortable working on their feet and in a commercial kitchenWilling to learn basic food preparation and cooking proceduresSerious about cleanliness and food safetyWhy This Role Is DifferentThis isn't a traditional line-cook position.
