We’re on the lookout for talented Kitchen Team Members to join our Back of House (BOH) team and create extraordinary food experiences for our guests.
Your Culinary Mission:
As a Kitchen Team Member/Prep Cook, you’ll be the culinary genius behind the scenes, crafting mouthwatering meals that leave our guests smiling. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:
Adhere to top-notch food safety, sanitation, and quality standards, ensuring every dish is a delight.
Monitor and maintain prep levels to ensure everything is fresh and ready for our guests.
Keep your prep station clean, stocked, and organized, because a tidy kitchen is a happy kitchen.
Manage incoming goods, ensuring they’re stored properly and ready for culinary creation.
Maintain our kitchen’s sparkling appearance, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
Engage with our guests while preparing food, providing a personalized experience that keeps them coming back.
Operate kitchen equipment like a seasoned pro, from deep fryers to slicers.
What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to complete our company-paid GED program)
1 year of food service experience, with a preference for line cook or prep cook roles
Ability to work various shifts, including days, nights, overnights, and weekends
Must be authorized to work in the United States and be 18 years of age or older
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:
Certifications:Active ServSafe certification or similar qualifications
Tech Skills:Familiarity with POS software
Skills: Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to speak and understand Korean is preferred
