Job Title: Overnight Lobby Attendant / Houseperson 

Department: Housekeeping 

Reports to: Director of Housekeeping Services

Shift: 11PM to 7AM 

Position Summary:

To establish a high degree of coverage in the public area bathrooms, to maintain a high degree of cleanliness and service to our guests.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain public spaces, including restrooms, great room area, offices, and pool area
• Responsible for stocking and replenishing all guest supplies in these areas
• Maintain spotless environment in the bathrooms
• Carry out additional tasks from Management
• Maintain any and all general gleaning assignments in the public area that need to be done.
• To follow any and all daily duties and responsibilities that need to be carried out, to includepublic areasExperience:
•  

• Previous hotel experience preferred, but not necessary
• Experience in a guest contact position a plusSkills:
•  

• Must be reliable; willing to work weekends and holidays
• Must have a working knowledge of all cleaning equipment
• Must be a self-starter
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English with management, fellow associates andguestsPhysical Job Requirements:
•  

• Must be physically fit and have the ability to bend, stoop and lift
• Must be able to be on your feet for up to 8 hours
• Ability to walk and push and pull up to 30 lbsEnvironment:
•  

• The environment includes a great deal of guest interactions.
• Hearing; must be able to hear requests of guests as well as management
• Speaking; must be able to communicate between departments as well as with guests
