On the overnight shift, you'll provide essential nursing care, support medication needs, monitor individuals' well-being, and work with the care team to promote safety, stabilization, and recovery.Required qualifications:Graduate of an accredited LPN nursing programOne year of medication administration experience in substance abuse treatment, psychiatric care, or long-term care (including dispensing narcotic medication)What You'll DoProvide nursing care and medication management to adults receiving behavioral health and substance use services, including controlled substances and methadone when applicable.Complete physical and mental health assessments, intake and follow-up interviews, and supportive nursing interventions.Monitor medication orders, inventories, secure storage, counts, and documentation to ensure safe and compliant medication practices.Collaborate with psychiatrists, providers, and the multidisciplinary team, communicating changes in condition and clinical concerns as needed.Maintain accurate clinical records while supporting a safe, therapeutic environment for individuals receiving crisis and behavioral health services.Why Join H-NNCSB?At H-NNCSB, your nursing skills can make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals experiencing behavioral health and substance use challenges.
