Production Machine Operator (Peru, IL)
Shift: 3rd Shift 7pm-7am. Pay: $16.00
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Production Machine Operator to operate equipment, ensure product quality, and support efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Operate, start, and stop production machines
Complete hourly production and quality documentation
Monitor quality and make minor process adjustments
Perform basic setup and operation of robots and equipment
Maintain machines, including minor maintenance tasks
Operate auxiliary equipment such as balers and stretch wrappers
Keep work area clean and support team operations
Qualifications:
Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime as needed
