Overnight Maintenance Mechanic

Now Hiring: Maintenance Mechanic – Canton, MA

A growing manufacturing team in Canton, MA is looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled industrial maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location: Canton, MA
Shift: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $35 – $42/hour + 20% shift differential (based on experience, education, and qualifications)

The Maintenance Mechanic will coordinate maintenance projects, perform facility and production equipment maintenance, and report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Perform general office and manufacturing maintenance
• Lubricate and service heavy production machinery
• Repair and replace bearings, gear-heads, belts, chains, conveyors, filters, and other components
• Modify structural components to improve safety, efficiency, and cost savings
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs
• Maintain a strong focus on Environment, Health & Safety standards
• Complete additional maintenance tasks as assigned

? High School Diploma or equivalent
? 5+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience in a production environment
? Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
? Knowledge of pneumatic cylinders and controls
? Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety regulations
? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
? Forklift certification is a plus
? Extrusion and sheet line experience is a plus
