As a leader in our manufacturing area, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple production lines. You will directly supervise daily sanitation practices with multiple employees in various roles, who are focused on proving high quality products across our company. You will play an integral role leading our sanitation operations, ensuring the highest standards in food and human safety, product quality and operational efficiencies

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate daily production tasks, execute plans to meet productivity standards and maintain accurate inventory
  • Demonstrate good manufacturing practices (GMP) by ensuring food safety initiatives are followed while providing the freshest, highest quality product for our stores
  • Ensure tasks are prioritized and completed efficiently
  • Help employees understand jobs duties and expectations while sharing out results and holding employees accountable
  • Foster a culture of human safety while providing support and guidance to employees
  • Effectively communicate with various stakeholders and partners in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience leading a team
  • Computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with food safety
  • Previous sanitation experience in a manufacturing environment
