Shift: 11pm-6am

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Overnight Operations Team Member to join our Chick-fil-A family. In this vital role, you will ensure our restaurant is impeccably clean, well-stocked, and fully prepared to deliver exceptional service each morning. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to provide a welcoming and efficient environment for both team members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Cleaning: Execute thorough cleaning of all areas, including dining spaces, kitchen, restrooms, and equipment. Tasks involve sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring all areas meet Chick-fil-A's cleanliness standards.
• Inventory Management: Receive and accurately store nightly deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation and organization of storage areas.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter clean-outs, fryer sanitation, and monitoring equipment functionality, reporting any issues promptly.
• Preparation for Opening: Set up dining and kitchen areas for the next day's operations, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is ready for use.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and safe operation of equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or food service is a plus but not required.
