C Shift: Sunday - Tuesday, every other Wednesday from 6pm to 6am
D Shift: Thursday Saturday, every other Wednesday from 6pm 6am
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Effectively partnering with operations leads and supervisors to facilitate the continuation of production processes.
Ability to comprehend and execute instructions with utmost precision and accuracy.
Capable of installing servers and switches into racks.
Perform multiple aspects of the systems integration processes.
Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the
timely and efficient production of goods,
Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain
productivity levels.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
As assigned, maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and quality control
measures.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues,
reporting any safety hazards or incidents promptly.
Work closely with other members of the production team, including supervisors, quality control personnel, etc., to
optimize production processes and resolve issues as they arise.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Previous Electronic Assembly and Production assembly experience required
Previous Hand Tool Experience
Must be able to pass a reading comprehension exam
Must have a clean background
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (Lift 50 pounds).
Experience with scanning systems is a plus (RF Scanner Experience)
Familiarity with 5S principles is preferred
Must be comfortable standing for the entire shift
Must follow basic work instructions and procedures
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment
issues effectively
Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations governing manufacturing operations.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
