We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers to join our fast-paced warehouse team. This position operates in a cold freezer environment where seafood products are handled and processed. The work area may smell strongly of fish, and the job requires the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production setting. Employees must be able to follow instructions, communicate in English, and assist with labeling and inventory tasks.
Work Schedule:
Shift: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Weekend availability required
Rotating schedule based on production needs
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with processing, packaging, and handling seafood products in a freezer environment
Label boxes and products accurately for inventory and shipment
Follow production schedules and maintain a fast work pace
Communicate effectively in English to ensure correct labeling and inventory tracking
Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Support warehouse operations by performing additional tasks as needed, such as organizing inventory, moving products, or assisting other departments
Requirements:
Ability to work in a cold freezer environment for extended periods
Comfortable working in an area that smells strongly of fish/seafood
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Basic English communication skills required for labeling and inventory tasks
Must be dependable and able to follow instructions
Ability to lift, move, and handle products as required
Must be willing to work weekends and rotating schedules based on production demands
Preferred Qualities:
Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail when labeling and handling inventory
Team-oriented with a good work ethic
