Overnight Production Worker

Production Worker Opportunity

We are seeking reliable and hardworking production workers to join our fast-paced warehouse team. This position operates in a cold freezer environment where seafood products are handled and processed. The work area may smell strongly of fish, and the job requires the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production setting. Employees must be able to follow instructions, communicate in English, and assist with labeling and inventory tasks.

Work Schedule:

• Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Weekend availability required
• Rotating schedule based on production needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with processing, packaging, and handling seafood products in a freezer environment
• Label boxes and products accurately for inventory and shipment
• Follow production schedules and maintain a fast work pace
• Communicate effectively in English to ensure correct labeling and inventory tracking
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Support warehouse operations by performing additional tasks as needed, such as organizing inventory, moving products, or assisting other departments

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a cold freezer environment for extended periods
• Comfortable working in an area that smells strongly of fish/seafood
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic English communication skills required for labeling and inventory tasks
• Must be dependable and able to follow instructions
• Ability to lift, move, and handle products as required
• Must be willing to work weekends and rotating schedules based on production demands

Preferred Qualities:

• Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail when labeling and handling inventory
• Team-oriented with a good work ethic
