Duties/Responsibilities: + Greet every customer with a smile, thank them for their business, and invite them back. + Provide fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service. + Apply discounts and promotions as applicable while following all company policies and laws related to restricted sales (alcohol, tobacco, etc.). + Maintain a clean and organized store, inside and out. + Stock and rotate shelves, coolers, and displays properly. + Assist with additional store duties as needed. Skills/Qualifications: + Our stores require flexible availability for a 24/7 operation (including nights, weekends, and holidays). + A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. + Strong communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude. + Reliability, integrity, and a history of doing the right thing. + A team player with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed. + Prior retail or foodservice cashiering experience is a plus. + Ability to think quickly and adapt to change. + Must meet legal age requirements to sell regulated products (alcohol and tobacco). NV Only - Must be of legal age to work around slot machines. Physical Requirements: + While performing the duties of this job, frequently required to stand, walk, bend, and twist; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; and talk and listen. + Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds. + Work safely in work conditions that include heat, cold, allergen, noise, and fume/chemical/odor from gasoline and cleaning chemicals.
