Zeke’s Marina is looking for a reliable and responsible Overnight Security Officer to help keep our property, guests, and vessels safe during late-night hours.
Position: Overnight Security Location: Zeke’s Marina – Orange Beach, AL Schedule: Overnight shifts (typically 8 PM – 6 AM, weekends 4 days a week)
Responsibilities
Patrol marina property, docks, parking areas, and facilities
Monitor for suspicious activity, trespassing, or safety hazards
Ensure security of boats, vehicles, and marina assets
Check gates, locks, and lighting throughout the property
Respond to incidents and contact management or authorities if needed
Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and vandalism
Complete nightly activity reports
Fuel up charter boats
Requirements
Must be dependable and punctual
Ability to work independently overnight
Strong attention to detail and awareness
Good communication skills
Prior security or law enforcement experience is a plus (not required)
