OVERNIGHT SECURITY GUARD – CAR DEALERSHIPCompany: Blueline Security ServicesLocation: Waldorf, MarylandPosition: Security GuardSchedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday & MondayHours: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AMShift: OvernightEmployment Type: Part-TimePay: 18-20 per hourPOSITION OVERVIEWBlueline Security Services is seeking a reliable, alert, and professional Security Guard to provide overnight security at a car dealership in Waldorf, Maryland.The Security Guard will be responsible for protecting the dealership property, vehicles, buildings, and surrounding areas through regular vehicle and foot patrols. The ideal candidate must remain active, observant, and alert throughout the overnight shift, including during quiet periods.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESConduct regular vehicle and foot patrols of the dealership property.Monitor vehicles, buildings, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding areas for suspicious activity.Maintain a visible security presence throughout the property.Identify and report suspicious persons, vehicles, activity, damage, or safety concerns.Remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout the entire shift.Respond appropriately to security concerns and incidents.Complete accurate Daily Activity Reports (DARs) documenting patrols and observations.Complete detailed Incident Reports when required.Use a company-approved smartphone to complete reports and communicate with Operations.Follow all Blueline Security Services and client post orders.Maintain professional conduct and appearance while on duty.Immediately report emergencies or significant incidents to the appropriate parties.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSMust be able to read and write in English.Must have a valid driver's license.Must be able to conduct both driving and foot patrols.Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.Must be physically capable of remaining active throughout an overnight shift.Must be able to remain awake, alert, and attentive during quiet periods.Must be comfortable using a smartphone to complete daily reports and incident reports.Must have reliable transportation to and from the assigned location.Must be dependable and consistently report to work on time.Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.Valid Maryland Security Guard License preferred/required as applicable.SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTSFriday: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AMSaturday: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AMSunday: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AMMonday: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AMWeekend and overnight availability is required.IDEAL CANDIDATEWe are looking for someone who is:Reliable and punctualAlert and observantComfortable working independentlyComfortable working overnightAble to stay active during quiet periodsProfessional and respectfulAble to communicate clearlyComfortable using a smartphone for documentationWilling to perform regular patrols rather than remaining stationary for the entire shiftAPPLY TODAYJoin Blueline Security Services and become part of a professional security team committed to Integrity, Reliability, and Accountability.Position: Overnight Security GuardLocation: Waldorf, MDSchedule: Friday–Monday, 11:00 PM–6:00 AM
