Join our dedicated team as an Overnight Shift Leader and make a meaningful impact on youth by providing a safe, supportive environment during overnight hours.
In this role, you will supervise overnight staff, ensure safety through campus checks, assist with youth routines, dispense medication, and respond to emergencies. You will build therapeutic relationships, lead crisis interventions, and support a healthy living environment for youth.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience, ability to stay alert overnight, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and participate in recreational activities is necessary.
This full-time position offers a schedule of Wednesday-Saturday, 10pm-8am, with pay between $23.50-$24/hour at our West Loop campus. We provide comprehensive training, professional development, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
