Overnight Superintendent

ABM is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee daily facility operations and lead a high-performing operations team in maintaining a safe, clean, efficient, and comfortable environment. This role is responsible for supervising staff, managing schedules and staffing levels, driving operational performance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and team development skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

Shift: 5pm-5am Monday-Saturday (flexibility needed)

Pay: $46

• Minimum 2 years of experience in large-scale industrial or manufacturing construction environments
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience, including managing and developing teams
• OSHA 30 Certification required
