Responsible for assisting the Director of Environmental Services in giving direction, motivation and guidance to the Environmental Services Department to accomplish established standards to meet or exceed customer satisfaction. Position represents ABM Healthcare in its highest degree. This position reports directly to an Operations Manager.
Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 annual salary (US Dollars)

- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Required Experience: 1 year of Customer Service Experience
- Prefferred Experience: 1 year of hosekeeping experience in a healthcare of hospitality setting, experience in environmental services, 1 year of supervisory experience.
Interactions:
- Receives direction from the Director of Environmental Services, Assistant Director of EVS, or Operations Manager of EVS.
- Directly manages a staff of frontline Environmental Associates.
- Works cooperatively with the rest of EVS Management Team, Regional Directors of Operations, and ABM Healthcare Management Personnel.
Machinery/Equipment/Tools Operated:
- Must have knowledge on the use of personal computers in a Windows environment.
- Knowledge of Word Processing, Spreadsheets, and other assorted business software.
